"It was founded in 1994 by a group of friends with a love of travel and a passion for beautiful architecture. The idea was to restore historic buildings in exotic destinations and use the houses for holiday rentals.

The business has now grown into a fully licenced travel Company and has become the leading specialist in holiday rental houses of historic or architectural interest in exotic locations around the world.
The Company owns and manages houses but also offers other interesting properties to those in search of something special.

House of Wonders has its own representatives in several locations, in others it relies on the local house owner or their representative to receive the guests.

House of Wonders never reccomends a property that has not been visited by a member of the Company.
