Most Hotels and Hotel Apartments have swimming pools, tennis courts, sports facilities, sauna, air conditioning in rooms etc. The rates charged by these establishments are approved by the Cyprus Tourism Organisation. Most operations offer special off¨Cseason discounts on the accommodation rates, usually during the period from the 16th November to the 15th March, excluding the fortnight between the 20th December and 6th January.
English is spoken in all hotels; French and German are also widely spoken.
