"DAY 1: Travel to Fredericksburg, Virginia. Overnight accommodations are at the Quality Inn. Dinner is on your own tonight.

DAY 2: Today we will travel to Charleston, South Carolina. Our accommodations for the next two nights are at the La Quinta Inn Riverview. Dinner is on your own this evening. (B)

DAY 3: This morning we will tour Magnolia Plantation and Gardens including a tram and house tour. It is the oldest public tourist site in the Low Country, and the oldest public gardens in America, opening its doors to visitors in 1870 view thousands of beautiful flowers and plants in its famous gardens. This afternoon we embark on a tour of Historic Charleston with a local guide including the historic district and stops at the Citadel and Battery. Enjoy free time in the Market area this afternoon. Tonight enjoy a relaxing Charleston Harbour Dinner Cruise...sure to be a highlight of our trip. (B,D)

DAY 4: We depart Charleston this morning with a stop in beautiful Beaufort, South Carolina. A local guide will take us on a morning tour of Historic Beaufort and Parris Island Marine Base with a stop at the Parris Island Marine Museum. Enjoy free time for lunch on your own and enjoy the Bayfront Shops. Enroute to Savannah a special stop will be made at the Mighty Eighth Air Force Museum for a guided tour and dinner before arriving at our host property for tonight, the Wingate Inn located in Savannah, GA. (B,D)

DAY 5: This morning we’re off on a tour of the Savannah Historic District which will include a visit to the Cathedral of St. John the Baptist and a historic house museum. There will be free time along River Street for lunch and browsing on your own. This afternoon take part in a tour of the Savannah Low Country. Visit Tybee Island and take advantage of great photo opportunities of the beach and lighthouse. Well also stop at the Byrd Cookie Company, sample a wide variety of cookies and shop at their Gourmet Marketplace. We will then head back to the hotel to freshen up for dinner. A buffet dinner is included at the famous and always funny Paula Deen’s Lady and Sons Restaurant. This evening experience a wonderful performance at the Savannah Theatre. (B, D)

DAY 6: Check out and depart Myrtle Beach for the return trip to the Quality Inn, Fredericksburg, VA. Dinner is included this evening. (B,D)

DAY 7: After breakfast we will travel towards home. Our accommodations are at the Quality Inn, Fredericksburg, VA. Dinner is on your own this evening. (B)

DAY 8: Breakfast included. Today we will continue our journey home with fond memories of a wonderful vacation. Returns approximately 8:00pm. (B)
