After exploring the cobbled streets, lined by faded painted houses we head into the mountains to Topes de Collantes National Park. Camping in the grounds of two haciendas, we’ll walk along forest trails, swim in waterfalls and hope to catch glimpses of tiny hummingbirds and perhaps the Tocororo - Cuba’s national bird.
