"Day 1: Manila/Banaue Journey
Leaving early from Manila for our day’s journey to northern Luzon we will pass through the land-locked provinces of Nueva Ecija and Nueva Vizcaya. Along the way enjoy the simplicity of rural living as you glimpse countryside scenes of rice fields surrounding small towns and villages. Once in San Jose City we will stop for lunch at a local restaurant (at own expense) before continuing to Banaue. A quick stop will be made at Dalton Pass and Santa Fe thus marking our entrance into the Cagayan Valley. Ascending the Cordillera Mountains we will arrive at Banaue in the late afternoon.
