Safari 2 Africa was developed due to my ambition and vision for Africa & African wildlife, a dream which became a reality in August 2003.

"CREA was formed in 1991 to cater for the active railway enthusiast in the Cape Town area. Regular meetings of a social and railway-entertainment nature are held at members’ homes on the second Tuesday of the month, a bi-monthly newsletter is produced and this website is maintained, keeping all members up to date with railway matters in the Cape. We also organise train trips and outings to events of railway and general interest for members and their families. South African Students?Travel Services, (SASTS) was set up in 1972 to provide affordable travel opportunities for South African students. It was the travel division of NUSAS, the National Union of South African Students, whose activities took root in the days of apartheid.
