Alison OHara is the owner of True North Kayak Adventures. She founded the company because of her love of kayaking and guides many of the trips. She has over 15 years paddling experience, an educational background in environmental studies and a U.S. Coast Guard captains license.
During the summer Alison is joined by a professional and enthusiastic team of guides strongly connected to the Homer area: Jaz, Jen, Dave, Jere, Ben, and Louie all have a love of the outdoors and a desire to show off their neck of the woods. All guides are trained in sea kayak safety and rescue.
