"Tepehua Expeditions trips has little impact on the local environment and support people in the areas we raft.
We leave only footprints in the sand and smiles on the faces of the people we visit. We seldom erect permanent structures and carry out or burn all non biodegradable waste. All of our trips are sustainable on a long term basis and we work closely with several governments advising them on the management of their natural resources. We burn wood supplies only where these are ample and have little impact on the ecology of the area.

We purchase all of our supplies in the street markets and towns of the countries we visit. Tepehua Expeditions hire transport locally and contract tradesmen to make special equipment we use on the expeditions.
