We live in Lesmurdie in the hills district of Perth Metro area and we are currently developing our residence into a high class Bed & Breakfast facility. My wife is Japanese so it is our intention to provide a good quality accommodation and airport pick up service for the Japanese tourist. We believe that our facility can offer a good secure comfortable accommodation for the Japanese tourist that have limited ability in speaking English.

When we become fully operational we will have three rooms to offer (a maximum of three couples) each with en-suite Japanese style shower facilities with a small lounge area with Foxtel entertainment. We will provide a full Japanese Breakfast in the room and there will be tea and coffee, bar fridge and microwave facilities.

We will also at extra cost provide a BBQ once or twice a week depending on the demand. Each room will have independent access without entering the main residence and they will be built to conform to Australian Building & Health & Safety Regulations.
