Our rapids site is located in Sarapiqui town, by the river of the same name, 2 hours away from San Jose. The access to this place is in excellent conditions by the wonderful Braulio Carrillo National Park, one of the few tropical rainforest in the world. Our company also operates from La Fortuna San Carlos, where the imposing Arenal Volcano is located, combining the three areas before mentioned in one tour.
We offer one day or many days tours as well. AGUAS BRAVAS is a pioneer company in the organization of adventure camps and special tour programs, all this to meet our customers¡¯ needs.
We have also been authorized by the Costa Rican Tourism Institute (ICT) to operate in a reliable and safe way. We also have a ¡°civil responsibility policy¡± (life insurance policy) which has not been used for more than 15 years.
