The company is owned by Mona ( her full name is Algaa Munkh-Erdene - Mona is the shortened form). Mona started the company in 1998 and since then has also guided on many of the tours herself. Past clients include BBC correspondents. Mona’s philosophy is to spend time at all levels of the company so she never loses touch with the work she loves.
